Bharat ke Constitution ke Part III (Articles 12ā35) mein diye gaye basic rights hain jo har citizen ko freedom, equality aur justice provide karte hain. Ye rights democracy ko majboot banate hain aur government ke against bhi legal protection dete hain.

Ambedkar ne Article 32 ko Constitution ka Heart and Soul kaha. * Equality ka Right Articles 14ā18 mein hai. * Freedom ka Right Articles 19ā22 mein hai. * Exploitation ke against protection Articles 23ā24 mein hai. * Religion ki Freedom Articles 25ā28 mein hai. * Cultural & Educational Rights Articles 29ā30 mein hai. * Constitutional Remedies Article 32 mein hai.
* Har citizen ko equality aur freedom milti hai. * Government ki arbitrary power ko limit karta hai. * Democracy ko strong banata hai. * Human Rights ko protect karta hai. * Court se justice lene ka adhikar deta hai.
Agar kisi student ko uski caste ya religion ki wajah se school admission se mana kiya jaye, to woh Article 15 (Right to Equality) ke under court mein complaint kar sakta hai.
Originally Constitution mein 7 Fundamental Rights the, lekin Right to Property (Article 31) ko 44th Constitutional Amendment (1978) ke baad Fundamental Right se hata diya gaya. Ab ye sirf Legal Right hai.
