Fundamental Rights woh basic rights hain jo Indian Constitution citizens ko freedom, equality aur dignity ke liye guarantee karta hai. Ye Constitution ke Part III, Articles 12β35 mein diye gaye hain.

Originally Constitution mein 7 Fundamental Rights the. | Right to Property ko 44th Constitutional Amendment, 1978 se Fundamental Right se hata diya gaya. | Ab total 6 Fundamental Rights hain. | Article 32 ke through Supreme Court mein Fundamental Rights ke enforcement ke liye ja sakte hain. |
Fundamental Rights democracy mein citizens ki freedom, equality aur dignity protect karte hain. Ye government ke arbitrary actions se protection dete hain aur rule of law ko strong banate hain.
Agar kisi person ke saath religion, caste, sex ya place of birth ke basis par discrimination hota hai, toh Constitution ke Fundamental Rights usse protection provide karte hain.
Dr. B. R. Ambedkar ne Article 32 ko Constitution ka βheart and soulβ kaha tha, kyunki ye Fundamental Rights ko protect karne ke liye constitutional remedy provide karta hai.
